More than two decades in practice
More than twenty years advocating for clients in New York courts.

A lifetime in Western New York. More than two decades in the law.
Christopher M. Pannozzo has spent more than twenty years in courtrooms across Western New York, representing people confronting some of the most difficult moments of their lives. As a trial attorney, he has handled serious and complex cases in which a person's health, financial security, family, or future was at stake. That experience has reinforced a simple belief: every person who enters a courtroom deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and given a fair opportunity to present their case.
Christopher's extensive trial experience has taught him how to evaluate evidence, assess credibility, manage complicated issues, and remain steady when the stakes are high. It has also taught him that courts work best when legal knowledge is paired with sound judgment and practical solutions. He brings a courtroom-tested understanding of both the law and how judicial decisions affect the people who must live with them.
Christopher's values were shaped by his upbringing in North Buffalo. After losing his father at a young age, he was raised by his mother, who raised three children on her own. He learned early the importance of responsibility, perseverance, and treating people fairly. Those lessons have remained with him throughout his life and legal career.
Christopher graduated from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, earned his bachelor's degree from SUNY Oswego, and received his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He has remained deeply connected to Western New York throughout his career.
Christopher and his wife, Rose, a Buffalo Public Schools teacher, live in Lancaster and are raising two daughters. He is running for New York State Supreme Court because he believes judges must be prepared, even-tempered, and mindful that every decision has consequences for the people whose lives are before the court.

What the public should expect from the bench
Every person deserves a genuine opportunity to be heard and a decision grounded in the law.
The work of a judge requires honesty, sound judgment, and fidelity to the responsibilities of the office.
Every matter deserves careful attention—to the record, to the law, and to the real consequences of a decision.
Justice depends on judges who decide cases without fear, favor, politics, or outside pressure.
Everyone who enters a courtroom should be treated with patience, dignity, and professionalism.
The courts must work for every person, not only those with money, connections, or institutional power.
Western New York is not one place. The communities in these eight counties are different, but the responsibility of the courts is the same: take the work seriously, apply the law fairly, and treat people with respect.
